• Management of the Bid team (Sales, Marketing, Technical, Financial, Legal, Managers, Directors, Suppliers, Customer service) to dispach and follow the action plan with time constraints of RFI and RFP
• Collect technical and financial elements from Bid team
• Writing technical proposals
• Collect financial elements and adjust project margins with the team
• Present the project to the decisions-makers for GO/NO GO
• Delivery of the offers
• Negotiation with Ministries of countries
